About Us

Mindful Roots exists for the moments that don't come with instructions. The meltdown at the dinner table. The teenager who has stopped talking. The mind that will not stop racing at 2am. We make calm, practical tools that meet people exactly in those moments.

What we believe

  • Big feelings are not bad behavior. They are signals. When we understand them, we can work with them instead of fighting them.
  • Support should feel human, not clinical. Our workbooks translate real, evidence-informed approaches into plain, warm language anyone can use.
  • Every brain is welcome. We design with neurodivergent minds in mind first, because tools that work for ADHD, autistic, and highly sensitive people tend to work beautifully for everyone.

What we make

Mindful Roots creates printable digital workbooks and planners for emotional regulation, mental wellbeing, and everyday focus. Each one is built to be used, not just read: guided exercises, gentle prompts, and worksheets you can print again and again for your family, your classroom, or yourself.

  • For children — playful tools that help kids name their feelings and calm their bodies.
  • For teens — neurodivergent-friendly skills that respect their intelligence and their independence.
  • For adults — practical, shame-free support for overthinking, anxiety, and ADHD.

Our promise

We will always choose honesty over hype. Our materials are designed to support wellbeing, and they are never a substitute for professional care. When something calls for a licensed therapist or doctor, we will say so, clearly. Our goal is simple: to help you and the people you love grow calmer, braver roots.

A note on our name

Roots do their most important work out of sight, quietly holding everything steady so that growth is possible. That is how we think about emotional skills. Practiced gently, again and again, they become the strong, unseen foundation that lets a person weather any storm. That is the work we are here to support.
