Refund and return policy
Every product in this store is a printable digital file, delivered instantly. Because the file is yours to keep the moment it is downloaded, and there is no way to return it, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind — including if a workbook turned out not to be what you expected, if you bought the wrong one by mistake, or if you no longer need it.
We know that is a firm policy, so we have tried hard to make it easy to buy with confidence:
- Every product page shows real pages from the actual workbook, not mock-ups.
- Each listing states the exact page count and the age range it was written for.
- If you are not sure whether a workbook suits your child, your teen or yourself, email us before you buy. We will give you a straight answer, even when that means telling you it is not the right fit.
If something goes wrong with your file
This is different from a refund, and we will always take care of it. If your download link does not work, the file will not open, or the file is damaged, email us at mindfulroots2026@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you a working file directly — usually the same day, and always within 24 hours.
You will never be left without the product you paid for.
Duplicate charges
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order, that is a billing error rather than a refund request, and we will return the extra charge in full. Just email us and we will sort it out.
Before you buy, please check
- You can open PDF files on your device.
- You have a printer, or you are happy to fill the pages in digitally on a tablet.
- The pages are US Letter size (8.5 x 11 in). They print on A4 using your printer’s “fit to page” setting.
