Delivery policy
Nothing is shipped. There are no delivery charges and no waiting. Every product in this store is a printable PDF that you download yourself.
How delivery works
- As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link appears on the order confirmation page.
- The same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
- You can use that link to download your files again at any time.
If the email does not arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder first, and make sure the email address on your order is correct. If it still has not arrived, email us at with your order number and we will send your files directly. We reply within 24 hours.
What you can do with your files
You may print your workbook as many times as you like, forever, for your own family, classroom or practice. Please do not resell, share or redistribute the files. The full licence terms are on the last page of every workbook.
What you need
A device that can open PDF files, and a printer if you want paper copies. The pages are set up for standard US Letter paper (8.5 x 11 inches) and print cleanly in colour or black and white.
