How does delivery work?
- All Mindful Roots products are instant digital downloads — there is nothing physical to ship.
- The moment your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with a secure link to download your files.
- You can also access your download from the order confirmation page right after checkout.
What file format will I receive?
- Every workbook and planner is a high-quality PDF, ready to print at home or use on any tablet or computer.
- PDFs open on virtually any device, with free apps you likely already have.
Can I print the pages?
- Yes. Our products are designed to be printed as many times as you like for your own personal, family, or classroom use.
- Print the whole workbook, or just the pages you need, and reprint favorites whenever you want.
Do I need any special software?
- No. Any standard PDF reader will open your files. On a tablet, any notes or PDF-annotation app lets you fill pages in digitally.
What is your refund policy?
- Because these are instant digital downloads that cannot be returned, all sales are final.
- That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If your file will not download or open, contact us and we will make it right promptly.
Are these products a substitute for therapy?
- No. Our workbooks offer general educational and self-help support and are not therapy or medical advice.
- When a situation calls for professional care, please consult a licensed therapist, counselor, or physician. We note this clearly inside each product.
Is my payment secure?
- Yes. Checkout is handled through Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system. We never see or store your card details.
Can I share or resell the files?
- Your purchase is for personal, family, or single-classroom use. Please do not resell or redistribute the files. Creating our original materials is how we keep making them.
