You are buying a licence to use a printable digital file. You are not buying the copyright. All workbooks, illustrations and text remain the property of Mindful Roots.

What you may do

Print the files as many times as you like, forever.
Use them with your own children, your own classroom, or your own clients.
Store a personal backup copy.

What you may not do

Resell, sublicense or redistribute the files, in whole or in part.
Share the download link or the files with people outside your household, classroom or practice.
Upload the files to any public website, file-sharing service or marketplace.
Claim the work as your own or remove our branding.

Our workbooks are educational tools built on established therapeutic approaches such as DBT, CBT and nervous-system regulation. They are not therapy, and not a substitute for professional care.
